Participation in Athletics is for Grades 5-8 (exception is Cross Country Club and Intramural Tennis)
- Athletic Permission Slip – signed by parent (Required for each Sport/Season – declaring which sports)
- Athletic Code of Conduct (pdf) – signed by athlete & parent
